Your mission

You take charge of a customer portfolio from A→Z: discovery, scoping, quotation & invoicing, field delivery, follow-up and resale. You manage relationships, quality, planning and profitability, in coordination with internal and external teams.

What you will do day-to-day

Project management (60%) 

• Qualify requests, frame briefs, create production plans (timelines, budgets, checklists).

• Coordinate artists/technicians/suppliers, book transport/accommodation, organize location scouting.

• Monitor and analyze KPIs and improve operational processes 

Account Management (20%)

• Create and develop recurring revenue with each customer (calls, quotes, offers, negotiation, billing, post-event follow-up)

Field & customer relations (20%)

• Meet customers and represent the company

• Supervise field logistics (set-up, rehearsals, show, dismantling).

• Creating artistic concepts

Who we're looking for

• Strong experience in project / event management

• Customer skills (listening, advice, follow-up), negotiation

• Process rigor & enjoyment of checklists; autonomy and composure in the field.

• Languages: fluent English + French or German (ideally both).

• Mobility for evenings/weekends and short trips in Europe, with peak activity in summer and lighter periods in winter (remote possible off-peak).

• Bonus: rigging/safety exposure (plan reading, technical vocabulary)
