Technical Manager (70-80%) 

Your mission

Manage the company's technical operations (design, authorizations, assembly, optimization, material management).

What you will do day-to-day

Design and approvals (20%)

  • Authorizations & technical files: prepare files for owners/communes/organizers, liaise with authorities, provide plans and procedures, analyze sites/structures, choose anchors, define stress paths, draw up assumptions and limits of use (wind/weather, angles, loads). 

Rigging (60%)

  • Manage and supervise safe assembly (team briefings, checks, weather/alternative management).

  • Continuous improvement: capitalize on feedback from the field, enrich processes, contribute to internal training.

Maintenance & development (20%)

  • Materials & logistics: prepare bags/crates for each site (standard lists + specifications), organize loading/returns, manage shipments.

  • Inventory & traceability: set up check-in/out QR (or equivalent), track equipment condition, inspection dates, replacements, spare parts.

  • Preventive maintenance: inspection cycles, light repairs, triggering after-sales service/replacement when necessary.

  • Quality & safety: apply assembly/disassembly checklists, isolate and report any questionable equipment.

  • Design and build custom parts in the workshop. 

Who we're looking for

  • Extreme rigor, sense of order, square follow-through.

  • Technical: strong rigging experience (slackline / rope access / show / event), blueprint reading, basic calculations (angles/loads/coeffs), safety culture.

  • Clear communication with customers, authorities, technicians; pedagogy and composure.

  • Rope access certification (OK if more active) / engineering training

  • At ease in the field, team management, good stress management.

  • Comfortable using simple tools (Google Sheets, QR/labeling).

  • Mobility evenings/weekends + short trips in Europe; peak activity in summer, lighter in winter.

  • Languages :

    • Native / good level in English + French 

    • German is a plus
